All products are made cruelty free in a clean and safe environment. 

Gloves are worn at all times. 

How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification via email/text with your pre-shipment tracking number. This means that your package has been packaged and labeled, but not yet dropped off. Once your package is dropped off, your tracking number will be updated. 

All orders are shipped via USPS first class which means you will receive it within 2-6 business days. 

The Ronnie Ricch Collection will not be liable for any orders that are placed with the wrong address. We will change the address, if we are contacted via email before the package is shipped out. If you do not notice the mistake before hand, please contact your local USPS. In the event your package is returned to us, due to an insufficient address provided, you will need to pay shipping cost again.  

Is my personal information secure on your website?

    Yes! All information provided is never shared and protected. 

What is your refund policy?

Due to COVID 19, we are not processing returns/refunds at this time! However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We care.

What if my items are damaged?

If your items are damaged, please contact us at 7067565128 and send a photo of the damaged item.
